To take advantage of this policy, you must tell us that you have found the identical product by the same manufacturer from one of our competitors at the time of purchase. Price should be the "total price" including any shipping and handling and tax charges. Prices offered on auction web sites or private sellers offering products for sale are excluded from this offer. Placing an Order

Order are only accepted through www.ShopJEBO.com.

Order Confirmation

If you did not receive an order confirmation via email, even though you clicked the submit order button, please contact us at customercare@shopjebo.com to confirm that we received your order, and to further assist you.

Order Status

We will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via email. Tracking numbers are sent via email once they are available. If you do not receive this information, you may email us at customercare@shopjebo.com for your order status or tracking number. We will also contact you via email, unless noted otherwise, if there are any issues regarding your order.

Duplicate Orders

Let us know of the issue immediately by emailing us at customercare@shopjebo.com. Due to the number of orders we receive, we may not catch the duplicate order and both orders may be shipped if we are not informed.

Canceling an Order

Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after the orders have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 15% restocking fee plus return freight charge. Orders cannot be cancelled or refused due to delay in shipping or order processing.

All Payments are accepted securely through PayPal. You do not share any financial information with us.

Billing and Shipping Address Verification

Verification is required to guard against credit card fraud. It is for your protection and ours.

If the billing address and shipping address are different, please contact your credit card issuer and request for them to add the shipping address as an authorized shipping address for your account.

Sales Tax

For California residents and orders shipping to California, we'll collect a sales tax up to 8.25% regardless of county of residence/to be sent to.

We only offer standard shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs

We offer standard shipping on every order. Orders typically arrive within four to seven business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). It will ship once credit card authorization and verification is completed. Standard shipping is available in U.S. and Canada. Shipping cost is calculated by the shipping weight of the item.

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEX for standard shipping.

International Shipping

We currently ship to United States and Canada. For international shipping to Canada, you are responsible for any import tax and duties.

Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you're shopping for multiple people at different addresses, separate orders need to be placed.

Return Information

Return Policy and 30 Days Satification Guarantee

To avoid returns we suggest you ask about any product you are unsure of before you order by emailing us at customercare@shopjebo.com.

We hope ShopJebo products are your choice in keeping Happy Fish, Healthy Aquarium. But if for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, please let us know. All products we sold on www.shopjebo.com carry a 30-day Money Back Satisfaction Gurantee. We'll give you a refund for the full amount you paid minus a 15% restocking fee. Please make sure the products are in their original condition and packaging with all contents included, and send them back within 30 days of your purchase. Return shipping to us is at your own expense. All return must accompanied by a RMA.

RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization)

All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RA. RA’s expire in 7 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, components, and other accessories and documentation included. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.

Any deviation from the returns process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments including defective items.

If packages need to be returned to us, please email us at customercare@shopjebo.com for an RA number and return shipping procedures.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds can be placed back into your credit card or as a store credit.

Some important notes:

  • ShopJebo will only take back items in original packaging and condition for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • It will take one to two business days to process the return, and credit back you credit card. The credit back to your credit card usually takes two to three business days to appear on your account statement.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
  • All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, and packaging will need to be returned in order for ShopJebo to process your RMA.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ShopJEBO.com shall in no event be liable for damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, for injury to any property or to any person, by reason of the person's negligence or otherwise in connection with the safe, delivery, installation or use of the products and/or provision of services pursuant to this agreement, and purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless ShopJEBO.com against further liability. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ShopJEBO.com shall in no event be liable for lost profits arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement. Neither ShopJEBO.com nor purchaser shall be liable for delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement arising out of causes beyond it control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantines, strikes, embargoes, or severe weather.
